We offer a non-judgmental and informative DUI Victims panel. We follow the DUI Victims Panel
guidelines enacted by the Washington State Legislature in 2011. The Victims Impact Panel (VIP) was
created to reduce DUI (driving under the influence) injuries and fatalities in Washington State. Our panels offer personal stories from real people who have had their lives changed forever by DUI
or Impaired Driving Collisions. They have either lost a loved one due to a DUI crash, received life
changing injuries, or they were the cause of a DUI incident that forever changed their lives. Hearing
the stories brings a realization for the consequences of driving while impaired.
Our speakers are all volunteers that give their time and share their stories in hope that they will make a difference and may save others from having to suffer the lifelong impacts from a single decision to drive impaired. Our speaker’s messages are so important that they speak from the heart because they care.
VIP speakers deliver panels on the 2nd Tuesday, 2nd Thursday and 2nd Saturday of the month.
These are subject to change so please review the Calendar for panel dates.
The Panels are held at the Everett Train Station.
The Snohomish County DUI Victims Panel is always looking for new speakers. If you or someone you know has been impacted by a DUI and are interested in speaking, please contact us at victimspanel@yahoo.com.
